Bi-weekly update for site activity October 4, 2024
- Ground Floor concrete curbs & pre-cast stairs in Block A1 & A2 - in progress
- Garage P1 & ground floor suspended concrete slab work for future Amenity building area- in progress
- Mechanical and electrical work at underground P2 level - in progres
- Front entry oorch concrete works at the west side of block A1 and north side of Block A1 and A2 – in progress
- Landscaping work south of 740 York Mills – in progress
- Block A1 and A2 Above Grade Framing work – in progress
During next two weeks, we can expect following traffic on - site on Farmstead Road & York Mills Road.
- Transport trailers and mid-size delivery trucks delivering excavating machines and equipment
- Multiple dump trucks importing and exporting soil materials
- Mobile cranes to offload site materials
- Concrete trucks and mobile pumps to place concrete
- Street sweepers on Farmstead Road by Gate #1, 2 and 3 when required
Traffic control guards will be stationed at multiple construction entrances when required to maintain construction vehicle traffic entering and exiting site.
