The Safety and welfare of our residents has always been a priority at Cherryhill. Security features include:

  • Controlled entry with intercom in each building
  • Deadbolt locks with privacy door viewer
  • Security guard on patrol

Residents also have the option of joining our Building Buddy System.

Tips for your safety and security include:

All buildings have controlled entry to prevent uninvited guests from gaining access to the buildings. We ask that you do not allow unknown people into the building either by buzzing them in or by holding the door open.

All our service, construction and subtrade personnel must present their I.D. badges showing their name and photograph. Anyone who claims to be employed by Minto Apartments Limited and is not wearing an I.D. badge should not be allowed into your apartment. This does not apply to superintendents who may have to enter your apartment for an emergency situation. Please ensure you know who your Building Superintendents are and what they look like.

If you are approached by people at your door soliciting, selling or peddling, please ask them to leave the building and call your Building Manager immediately.
